Did you switch interests to something else entirely? That's what I do, rotate hobbies often.

I know what you mean...I used to love playing basketball, everyday when I got home off the school bus it was straight outside to hoop...As I have grown my desire to play and watch have dwindled, especially NBA, I haven't sat through more than 2 full games. I do love high school and college though...

This is a stupid comment. Probably 60% or more of the fans at an LSU home game would be considered middle class

NO you are stupid if you believe otherwise. I have sat by them and seen them phased out. You think a family that makes 50K a year can afford season tix, parking, food, etc. for 8 games? They can't even hang in the West Upper.

"Probably 60 percent"

Prove your numbers. What a stupid number to make up.

Because you were always picked last at recess as a kid and don't have a fricking clue what gritty competition is.

The last few years I've switched back to baseball instead of basketball during the football off-season.

The NBA is just a league that has little appeal to it now IMO.

I think football is starting to become too soft also. No, I'm not saying its a bad thing that are trying to protect players when it comes to head injuries. But I just hate the constant flags.

pass interference.. here.. illegal contact.. there. Oops that QB got tripped up by a shoe lace tackle.. THROW A FLAG! Its just disgusting to watch sometimes!!

All of the god damn commercials (College and Pro games).

I had a lot of wasted youth watching Sportscenter. I mean at least once I quit playing sports (after high school) ESPN was my go-to fix. But I can't do it anymore.

I applaud this even if you are just joking.
