I'm going to be straight with the ot crowd. I've lost fricking everything. The truck the house the girls. Been in two fricking rehabs. Did well for two years.....here I sit once again broken and losing at life in general. Can't fricking quit. I'm not looking for positive comments..I've lost it. Give me some ideas because I've ran out of them. I'm pissed off at myself more than any of you but I just can't fricking stop. This is my cry...

Get some help. Join a group of people going through similar things. You can't control external factors, but you can control how you respond to them.
