It would have taken yo less time to google it than ask here. Also if you really need this and aren't being a smartass it should be in your manual of steel texts.

My handbook says the value i listed for "AISI-SAE 1020 Plain carbon steel"

One degree C = and interval of 1.8 F, thus, the answer is

6.5 x 10E-6 per F

ETA: I'll show my work

11.7 E-6/C * 1 C / 1.8 F = 6.5 E-6 / F
