Good post.

And they should be informed that Kip(like JBE) won the election with strong crossover support by many white Republican voters..

Many who believe Kip to be by far the best Mayor in BR during their lifetime.

What's the voter turnout in majority black precincts compared to majority white?

Assuming a city should have a black mayor because it has a majority AA population is in my eyes racist

Dont you know, if a black person runs versus a white person, you vote based on skin color?

You could pump millions into NBR and nothing would change until they stopped cutting each others throats.

The letter looks to be from the NAACP to the AG, not what the OP title suggests.

"Primary police officers who are designated to patrol certain neighborhoods will receive interactive training by attending churches, schools, community centers and meeting with local community citizens during a three month
training period each year."

Oh, so they want their cake and eat it too? Liberals are all about removing church and God from everything until it suits their purpose.

It really is amazing to watch liberals in the wake of tragedies or times of racial tensions. The most ardent atheists and anti govt/religion co-mingling folks are the first ones calling for the "African American faith based community" to help them resolve the situation. If it was a bunch of white Baptists, they'd be telling them to frick off. That white privilege, though.

Unfortunately, that's more than likely an accurate summation.

Who want to listen to someone like Gary Chambers for 3 months as a job requirement?

So make college kids provide free services for criminals?

That was exactly what the residents in EBR wanted when they voted for a combined govt. in 1982.

ETA: Actually this was in 1947. The voters ok'd the formation of a Metro Council in 1982.
