The grammar issues are numerous but the bigger question is whether this is the best they can come up with assuming they even tried to do so.

What does this mean?

2. Creation of Police Department Interactive Training Program vs Residency Requirements. Primary police officers who are designated to patrol certain neighborhoods will receive interactive training by attending churches, schools, community centers and meeting with local community citizens during a three month training period each year.

Are they suggesting that police officers train for three months a year and then work nine months a year? What the hell is a "Primary" police officer?

"Re-Entry Programs" How about quit getting arrested in the first place. I have never seen in my life a group that was so pitiful in their requests. Please help us, forget the bad things we do and the fact that we don't try to help ourselves.

What exactly is the Attorney General supposed to do with those recommendations besides wipe her arse?

It's not like she has the power to implement those "ideas"

Not that it makes much of a difference but BR is 55% black.

It's a fantasy world they live in where each neighborhood has their own police department comprised of a policeman who resides on every block.

The scary part is that they want the feds to come in, break up an established local system of govt, and help them gerrymander voting districts that will allow them to exploit more money out of middle class areas to give to the deadbeats of NBR and ensure their power (no matter the results) for the next 50 years.

His secretary mistyped that, or he misspoke. I think what he meant was that Baton Rouge residents should be able to elect their own mayor, without others not in the city limits voting.

I have always found that an issue. As Mayor of Baton Rouge, your sole concern should be Baton Rouge proper. As Parish President, you need to worry about the entire parish. I don't see how one person can have both interests at heart. Not everything that is good for the parish is good for BR, and vice versa.

But, I think this guy is an idiot, that needs to take a step back and put the race card away. Blacks shouldn't have any more access to services than whites, and vice versa. That goes for all nationalities and ethnicities.

What's the voter turnout in majority black precincts compared to majority white?

Assuming a city should have a black mayor because it has a majority AA population is in my eyes racist

Yes, that's what he's saying but he worded that specifically to infer that BR residents have no power to elect city/parish officials. The AG will see through that, but the avg moron won't.

Holy shite. I really hope someone with no education level above 9th grade typed that. I've seen better papers written by 5th graders. Sheesh.

I am guessing a hired cop to decide what crime needs to be submitted to real cops.
