I know a lot of people who suffer through putting soy milk or almond milk in their cereal. I tell them about Lactaid Milk and they assume it isn't really milk. It is MILK! They have just removed the lactose through some process. Tastes exactly like regular milk. Not sure why anyone would ever use that nasty soy or almond milk. The Lactaid Milk also has a longer shelf life than regular milk. Not sure why, must have something to do with the lactose?

Some days I blow up the toilet 4-6 times and rip farts non stop (today is one of those days) and others I have zero activity going on in there. I have a pretty steady eating schedule (except for drinking/drunk food on weekends) and it includes moderate amounts of dairy, but I have not been able to connect the two yet. I'm ok with it though bc it provides a healthy amount of snapchat material.

I'm not intolerant, but I'm damn close. Can't have much of it without developing the worst gas you can possibly imagine.

Eggs and chocolate milk for breakfast and I can clear the whole office.

I refuse to drink soy "milk". It's not milk. Soy beans don't have nipples. They just call it milk so people will drink it. If they called it bean juice, nobody would.

Almond milk, bro. I drink it for the frick of it as I am pretty lactose tolerant.

I've heard that the more you go without it, the less you can tolerate it, though.

Yes you can ... Try silk or lactaid milk or just take lactic tabs before drinking regular milk.

Can you develop this over time?
i have nothing scientific to back me up, but personally, i've developed it over time. can't remember having these issues growing up, but in the last 2-3 years, they've gotten worse.

But it's expensive ... Pretty sure you can put lactaid drops in regular milks and it still breaks the lactose down.

I have a son lactose intolerant since 3rd grade ... Junior in hs now. He's too afraid to try regular milk but silk is $$ and he drinks a lot. He can eat cheese and ice cream though. He doesnt eat either on a daily basis but can do it without problems. At this point he's too afraid to try reg milk. Had an endoscope done which showed nothing to explain stomach pain and on my own decide to try swapping milks and it worked.

I managed to go 34 years of life before I realized I was lacose intolerance. Yeah it kinda sucks. I really miss ice cream and chocolate milk the most.

I switched over to chocolate soy milk but it's really just not the same. I still haven't given up cheeses though, there's no way I'm ever giving up pizza.

Oh, and that's on top of having acid reflux which doubly sucks. Getting older sucks.
