Generally speaking if you can't get a grand jury to indict you have a HORRIBLE case. Getting a grand jury indictment is the easiest thing in the legal system.
Any chance the DA did not try very hard?

I don't care your politics, we all agree bikers are all criminals in some form or fashion and being a part of a gang should be enough to get a 10 year sentence IMO.
Never met a biker who wasnt always trying to get into some mud checking even during the middle of the week.
Hopefully this will send a clear message: you wear gay leather and have tassels on your harley, you go to the pen.

Damn, dude. Feel better now that you've let that out? I hope so. Seems like a whole lot of pent-up resentment and hostility you were carrying around. You can't let things build up like that.
