Less Than 2 Months Away From Justice Served to Thug Waco Bikers

WACO — The first trial over a Central Texas gunfight involving rival motorcycle gangs that left nine people dead, 20 others hurt and more than 150 bikers charged is now set for April, 23 months after the 2015 shootout.

Besides pushing for speedy trials and dismissal of charges, attorneys for some of the 155 indicted bikers unsuccessfully have sought a change of venue and have tried to disqualify District Attorney Abel Reyna from handling the cases.
A grand jury in September declined to recommend charges for three Waco police officers who shot bikers during May 2015 gunfight. Prosecutors had asked the grand jury whether the shootings were justified after the officers had been cleared by an internal police investigation.

Good riddance I hope the maximum penalty is applied to all 155 as they eventually stand trial. Wanna act like a hard arse do the time aka play stupid games win stupid prizes. I have zero doubt especially in my great state of Texas law and order will prevail.

All bikers are guilty of something. Maybe this will make some people reconsider before going down that path and throwing their life away.

Too bad the gang in blue was not investigated as well.

How long does it take Darth to bring up the fact he "died"?
O/u 2 pages?

Bikers are the equivalent of ghetto hoodrats for white people.
They're an embarrassment.

They were by both an internal investigation and a grand jury...

I don't think anyone has a problem with people who ride motorcycles or even people who ride together in a group. But these 1%er MC assholes are just shitty people. They preach freedom but you can't wear a leather vest around them because you didn't "earn it". Just a bunch of white trash bullies who need each other to make themselves feel superior to others.

I've had my ear to the chain on this for a while. Can't talk about it much because local factions are starting to roll. Sent Mudfinger to Waco but he hasn't checked in yet. Might head to South Dakota and lay low for a while.
All I'll say is this was an execution orchestrated by the feds and Iron Order.

Yeah, I saw that.
Internal investigation. We investigate ourself. No room for bias there. The investated and the investigator report to the same boss. Said boss may suffer if the officers are found to have acted illegally.
Who presents the case to the grand jury? The state.
Who do the police work for, the state?....
Wonder how strong of a case was presented to the grand jury behind closed doors?

Meth distribution is going to take a hit.

Generally speaking if you can't get a grand jury to indict you have a HORRIBLE case. Getting a grand jury indictment is the easiest thing in the legal system.
