Leo has pulled so much famous talent it's ridiculous. Cannot imagine the civilians he has taken on (the 20 is a good indication).
Being a famous movie star transcends all other fame .... top musicians are close, but Aaron Rodgers could walk around London or Paris and not be bothered. Leo would just pick up another 10 ladies.

athletes aren't even in the same league as rock and movie stars when it comes to the poon department, minor leagues maybe, even in high school and college it surprised me how geeky and dorky most athletes were around women, totally lost opportunities that can never be recouped

yep, I did some work for Springsteen for a few months on the USA tour, and Jimmy Buffett around the same time, it is mind boggling the quantity and quality of what gets thrown at them, and whoever is "with the band(ahem,)" gets as much as the castoff as they can handle, and I've been around one movie shoot and witnessed the trailers a rockin', lot's of sitting around time during a shoot
