There are leaches in our cleaning tray everyday we crawfish. They live in ponds you know.

Don't worry about it.
Saturday I boiled crawfish out back on the dock. I checked the crabtraps and threw the crabs in with them. Sure we rinsed them in the washtub, but there are leaches all over those crabs and as much as we were drinking, we had to miss a few. The mixed batch with crawfish, crabs and shrimp tasted best.
ETA: You really should name the restaurant to warn other squeamish dudes.
