Good thing he edited the part about how he didn't shoot back because he didn't know who fired the shots and then said he identified the male as having shot at him. His first post could have caused problems in court, this one still does.

Glad Norman is resigning, he's been a dismal failure. Harry Lee wouldn't allow that specific crime to happen repeatedly with NO police response, (i.e. black criminals from New Orleans who all come up Airline in stolen cars, then head north through Metairie robbing every car or other target of opportunity they pass.)
It took a double murder to get any response from JPSO and these burglaries still occur regularly, involving 50 ~ 100+ cars/homes every time, on major streets that have no discernible police presence.
