Yea, he does not look near as good as he thinks. Creating a situation with shots fired in a neighborhood over some idiots checking car doors is not a win.

Ehh, I ain't saying it wasn't stupid (and I'm not saying I would do the same thing as him, in his situation), but it looks to me like his actions were much more effective than if he had just done that.

3. On that note, you are a blithering idiot for chasing them and getting shot at. They weren't kidnapping a baby.

Decades of unabashed glorification of thug culture, lack of fathers, failing education systems, and the welfare state have bred the dregs of society to be souless godless unsalvagable packs of wild animals. A similar thing happened in my neighborhood a few months ago. They bring a gun to scare off anyone that tries to chase them down. They literally fired the gun in the air.

Had he stayed in and called there's a chance NOPD would've picked them up a few blocks over still checking cars.
What did he think the best case scenario would be leaving his house armed at 3am ALONE chasing after 4 suspects? Was he really stupid enough to think he would sneak up on them, yell freeze, and they would all say "OK."
This dude has been watching too much Live PD.

There's probably a better chance, they wouldn't have and these vermin go on their way to do this another day.
In his scenario, they were all apprehended. One might actually now have a charge that will put him away for some time.
Again, I ain't endorsing his actions or saying I'd do what he did, I'm just saying...
