Any tricks to limit this/heal quickly? I ran 20 miles yesterday and my knees are killing me today. I've never had knee issues in the past and I need my legs to hold out for 3 more weeks of training and I don't want to severely injure anything in the meantime. TIA.

Pussy.

Probably knee cancer or sandy vaginitis.

All of the above is sarcasm.

Yeah that's likely the culprit. Wonder if there's a pill to cure sandy vaginitis? It's probably a topical cream actually. I'll call my pharmacist.

Stop running. There is no magic cure for knee pain other than rest.

Would you keep smashing your hand with a hammer if you wanted it to stop hurting?

But you're going to go on running anyway so I don't know what's the point of this thread.

To see if there was anything such as using ice packs, stretches, etc. could help? Seems pretty straight forward...

Running form could be wrong, are you heel striking and locking your knees when you plant?

How about your shoes, is it time to upgrade them?

pretty simple. You're overtraining. Rest. Atleast wear a knee sleeve.

I honestly will have to pay attention to my form next time, I'm not sure if I am doing that or not.

Negative on the shoes though. I just bought a new pair at the end of December.

Thanks for the tip.

Why are people so fricking retarded? I keep hitting my head on this wall but I'm getting headaches. How can I reduce my headaches?

Yeah I may go buy a couple sleeves today and see how they help. I've never used them before. Thanks.
