Kids tv shows are trashy as frick nowadays

My kids are watching something on Nick and these two girls are going on about how great a kisser this guy is and his lips are soft and warm etc, then the girl admits she hasn't kissed him, then the other girl puts her down for it. Storyline irrelevant, it just seems like most kid shows are about relationships between 12 year olds and the jr high dating scene.
Same on Disney channel, I'm not sure what other stations are out there but I'd hazard to guess its similar.

I agree. Stupid stuff. My parrots like to watch cartoons because they like the little kid voices, but some of that stuff is ridiculous.

There was an episode of Tom & Jerry in the 50's that portrayed the two stars waiting to commit suicide by getting hit by a train because they could never stop fighting each other.
