Agreed. I was so happy when my daughter decided she did not want to move to LA to become famous on tv. She had acquaintances who did so, and we know some on both Disney and Nick, but don't envy them one bit, money be damned. It is admittedly difficult to come up with 78 scripts for three years of episodes, but I knew Shake It Up was done when they aired an episode about farting.
Also, the kids around SoCal age at an accelerated rate, "dating" at age 12. Ever read young actors' accounts of alcohol and drugs at early ages?

Ever watch Stephan Universe? Watching 2 of the characters fuse makes me wonder if sex education is even needed.

Live fast, die young and leave a beautiful corpse is the motto they live by. Complete hedonists.

My kids are watching something on Nick and these two girls are going on about how great a kisser this guy is and his lips are soft and warm etc, then the girl admits she hasn't kissed him, then the other girl puts her down for it. Storyline irrelevant, it just seems like most kid shows are about relationships between 12 year olds and the jr high dating scene.
Same on Disney channel, I'm not sure what other stations are out there but I'd hazard to guess its similar.
All of it brought to you by "cultural marxism", don't you love "progress"?

You know that Scooby-Doo was about a stoner, his dog, a lesbian in love with a hot chick who was fricking the square dude in the friend group, right?
You're right. But it wasn't some obvious agenda they were pushing on the kids back then. Now, these channels have agendas. Now a 8 year old has to navigate thru things a 18 year old was just figuring out.

On teen titans go the other day all 5 characters were sticking their butte in the air farting and saying how bad it smelled and barfing blah blah. When it got to starfire(the portrayed hot one) she just stood straight up and farted and the front of her mini skirt vibrated. Cyborg said something like "man, that doesn't smell bad at all".

There was an episode of Tom & Jerry in the 50's that portrayed the two stars waiting to commit suicide by getting hit by a train because they could never stop fighting each other.
I didn't believe you but holy shite.

Love that show.
The kids and I look forward to the new episodes Thursday nights. One of our things.

agree. Stupid stuff. My parrots like to watch cartoons because they like the little kid voices, but some of that stuff is ridiculous.
