NOTHING is single variable in health short of a gunshot to the head. You might have a guy whose only real vice is to drink a large soda a few times a week. Other than that, he may eat generally healthy and exercise.
But, regardless. Do you just hit EVERY food that aint great for you with huge taxes? Potato chips? White bread? Red Meat? and on and on.
I mean, do you realize how few things that people eat on a daily basis have completely clean slates when it comes to studies on health?
