Does anyone know what he was placing him under arrest for? I do not see that charge. Something tells me this cop did not pull out his badge and identify himself. If some random guy just comes up to me cursing at me and tells me he's a cop without showing me a badge I'm not gonna believe him.

Inciting a riot, resisting an officer, battery of a police officer and being in possession of alcohol while under the age of 21.

So it sounds like they were arresting him for inciting a riot since the other charges are all post arrest attempt and of course saying a curse word is not an arrestable offense. I'm sure as much BS as it will be, the judge will buy into the inciting a riot charge and the cop will not be in trouble.

This entire story is jacked up. Both sides are likely not telling the whole story. The thing I keep thinking about is with all the shite going on along the parade route this is the situation the cops decided to use strong arm tactics. If the cop's story really is this all started with the kids yelling frick the cops then I hope he is stripped of his duties and places under arrest. This isn't some ISIS run part of the world.

He was not in possession of anything. However I talked to one of the kids there. One had a Kentwood water bottle (16 oz I think) that had Coke with a little Crown. They passed it around. At the end of the parade it was half full. The officers report said he drank half a bottle of Crown Royal.Every word the police are saying is digging them a deeper hole. There are adult witnesses not related to those involved. The biggest lie being told is from the Thug office saying he wore a badge and Id'd himself. Police brutality is only an issue when white people get hurt I see, but when an unarmed black man or black kid gets killed by the cops ohhh they were tPOS. This kid at the parade probably did something stupid but he didn't deserve for that cop to man handle him like that. Maybe the kid wouldn't have gotten his arse beat like that if the recent police brutality incidents that happened to those black individuals were actually handled correctly. Point of this is the police have always had this sense of power that made them feel as if they were above the law. At first it was mainly blacks who faced this wrath, but now the boys in blue do not discriminate. Anybody can get their arse whooped if you rub them the wrong way.

same thing happened to Rickey Jefferson at the same place a couple years back. JP cops are mostly trash
this cop needs to be charged to the fullest extent and lose his ability to ever be a cop again which likely means losing his ability to ever work again because he probably has no tangible skills.

Out of the two stories the cop's seems to me the least believable. Especially this part:

It is so obvious what happened:
Kids were acting drunk, undecover cop is pissed and goes over to kids yelling. Kids yell back, then cop gets even closer yelling and cussing "im a fricking cop you piece of fricking shite loser shite frick you are going to jail" while nose to nose with the kid, kid puts hand on cop to create space, cop proceeds to beat the ever living shite out of kid.
Cop deserves to lose job, and kid deserves medical bills paid but no punitive money
