I went to law school with a guy who was NOPD, a sergeant. He said whenever he has to deal with JPSO it's always "yes sir, no sir" with his hands where they can see them. I thought he was exaggerating until I got pulled over by one and got yanked out of the car and frisked... for speeding on I-10.
