The best line regarding John and Yoko (for me) was:

"John David Chapman shot the wrong Lennon."

Watching that video is like looking in the mirror. Very creepy. Older women always tell me I look like him.

My favorite John Lennon song is the one about welcoming his wife home with Yoko by his side in her robe and then he hits Yoko for reaching for the newspaper before he's done with it.

Oh wait, that wasn't a song, that was real life.

Actually this is the original version, from the year before.

Producer Phil Spector had a rare failure with it. Co-writer Bert Berns decided to cut his own version with the Isleys the next year, and the rest is history...

Songwriter Jeff Barry ("Do Wah Diddy Diddy", "Hanky Panky", "Sugar Sugar"), Bert Berns, and Van Morrison cutting "Brown Eyed Girl" in 1967. Berns would die of a heart attack a few months later.

Not sure about her but he did beat the shite out of his first wife. Beautiful artist but the guy was kind of an a-hole.

(This is my legitimate feeling about the guy, not a pseudo troll post)
