I have always wanted to the summer camp thing as well. I worked at a day camp for a couple years and absolutely loved it. Want to do the overnight camp but it never happened and I feel too old now

Not even close. Me and a few others were the youngest counselors(other than former campers) at 19. Most were in between 22-25.

If you can be a counselor somewhere, do it. You'd probably make better money as a server, but at 23 it's all about making memories. You'll have much more fun than if you were a server.

However, working at a restaurant would also fit your criteria. But as someone else said, be careful to not get entirely sucked into that world. Had a friend start serving during college, and ended up dropping out because he was making decent money and preferred to hang out with his server friends who were also mostly dropouts. Think he manages some crappy chain somewhere now.

Check to see if the bowling alley's are hiring - make sure to pick up the shifts on college night at All Star.
