Retail store. Decent pay for a college kid, good hours, and some depts will pay commission as well(jewelry)

Dude, get an internship ASAP. Doesn't matter where. Call businesses. Get on that ish. I worked during the summer and I had some nice summer jobs. They mean jack shite now. I had 1 internship for a crappy company versus the 4-5 that those I compete against in my field.

Internship or a co-op job is a great idea. I have two kids that live near me: one Bama finance senior and an Auburn finance sophomore. Both have co-op jobs (Alabama Power and Vulcan Materials). The senior already has a job offer before he even graduates.

I was a cart boy at different golf courses during summers...depending on the course you get decent tips and can hit on the cart girls and the girls inside
also free golf at a nice course was big for me as a poor college kid
