Bullpoopoo. We've known the health risks of smoking for over 50 years and have had warning labels on smokes for over 40 years. Most of those who started smoking "before it was widely known how unhealthy it was" have already died or quit.
Yeah maybe there was research and some laws but did people really know until maybe the last 20 years give or take whatever? A modern example is tanning beds thy have warnings yet how many people are uninformed about how unhealthy it is?
I also anxiously await to hear how people who never smoked a day in their life but have the same health problems via 2nd hand smoke should die in ditches too.
