This. That retard has probably never shot a gun in his life. Once I saw that jam I probably would have told his retarded arse to go F himself.

What a frickin idiot

Dude can't even rack the slide and then when he does, it doesn't go into battery. He probably had a round in the pipe, that horrible rack wedged the chambered round in the ejection port, and the slide got hung up. Cashier knew he was safe lmao

Well if you haven't had any training, absolutely.

even if you do have training it's about assessing the situation.

if the cashier was carrying does it make sense for him to pull his weapon and endanger his fellow co-workers or other patrons? or does he know this jacknut doesnt know how to operate a gun and just give him the $150 and let him go along his merry way?

If I wrote the laws, the back shot would be fine for any pos that shoves a gun in a persons face.

Ne deserves to be shot in the back and peed on.

Let's play hypothetical for a moment. In a situation like this, let's say you are the store owner ... how would you handle this if you had a gun locked and loaded right beneath the register?

Let it go? Wait till he hesitates or looks away (although that doesn't appear to be the case in the video that we see) and then fire away? Or do nothing the same as this guy?

Shooting someone, I suspect, is a pain in the fricking arse, justified or not. I'm only drawing or trying to disarm this guy if I feel I'm in legitimate danger. I'm sure as hell not messing around to protect Jimmy John's 150 bucks.

with the knowledge that this gun will do more damage to me if thrown at me than if the trigger is pulled? i'd still prob just give him the $150 but if the guy started to get more aggressive I wouldnt hesitate and draw my weapon and pump 4 shots in his chest and 2 in the head for good measure.

felony armed robbery for about $140

Yep, that's about what I saw.
2 $20s
0 $10s
~15 $5s
~25 $1s
and some change

Adds up to mandatory 5-10 years.

Kinda hard to shoot someone when the bullet has the chamber locked back. Look at the barrel when he cocks the gun in the first gif

You do nothing. Give him the $200 in the drawer, let insurance pay you back, and carry on.

But let's assume he loaded the gun correctly by throwing one in the chamber ... wouldn't he or anyone for that matter have the advantage before you could move your hands quick enough to reach for your weapon?

Look I'm all for pumping him full of lead and would if I had an opportunity in a situation like this, however I don't think the majority of people would be able to react and respond accordingly.

I agree. As a father and husband, my first thought would be about them. Second thought, get out of this safely for my employees and me.

But ...

Does your opinion change if the cash drawer was near $1000? Or let it go no matter what?

there is so much hilarity in that video. dude actually starts by ordering a sandwich. then at the end after the robber leaves, the cashier walks away and you see that he casually tossed his gloves into the trash can
