The dude jammed the frick out of his pistol. I would have been casual too. He couldn't hurt a fly with that weapon.

Man, that dude does not know how to hold a gun.

He would shite his pants when I'd take it from him and point right back

And who the eff has to chamber a round during an armed robbery? Amateur.

Round was already chambered and when he pulled the slide back the round didn't eject and caught in the slide.

Meh, I still would have given him the money. It just isn't worth it to fight back. Just give the guy the $150 in the register, call the cops, and go home safely.

the mag was loaded, but the bullet got hung up on the feed rail and didn't chamber. If it was an empty mag, it would not have hung up that way.

I'm sure the perp is to stupid to realize what condition his weapon is in.

Yea I thought he brought an unloaded magazine to perform the armed robbery bc I think it might be a lesser charge if the gun wasn't actually loaded but I'm pretty sure I see a round that's just jammed since he chambered it so slowly.

If I'm carrying. This guy gets a round in the center of his back as soon as he turns around.

Agreed. Never been in that situation but I think you just have to hope you're composed enough to assess the risk. Huge majority of those incidents end without harm.

Obviously if you got the feeling this guy might shoot you walking out the door, the circumstances change. But I wouldn't undertake the risk just because "I think I can pull it off."

Youre going to create a gigantic hassle for yourself for shooting a guy who is going to be apprehended in 24 hours?

Yeah.. looks like the idiot half-racked the slide and jammed a round. I wish all thugs were this inept.
