Any OTers there? What's the water like there?

What's the situation like in the Jefferson, Bluebonnet area?

I'm in that area. No flooding that I can see.

Of course, I haven't been down Bluebonnet. I'm sure the underpass is a lake.

No flooding on Floynell at Cal, but there's water across Floynell between Oliphant and Jefferson Hwy. That's all I know.

All good, Jefferson Terrace, Bluebonnet Terrace etc, all good so far. The water comes out the back of the neighborhood, through Bluebonnet Terrace and it is flowing nicely.

The bluebonnet underpass has a really good pump system that keeps it pretty controlled.

I lived on Floynell at Cal Rd. from 79-99; parents sold the house there just last year. I was wondering how the old hood was holding up. Don't ever remember flooding around there, however, with changes over the years who knows?

Dawson creek area, Perkins and Bluebonnet, west of it has very high water. That area has never flooded before. What a mess.
