French culture
English government
And American know-how

Instead it got:

French government
American culture
And English know-how

You ain't never heard of Alanis Morissette, Barenaked Ladies, Celine Dion, Bryan Adams, Neil Young, Shania Twain, or Rush?

Although they did give us Justin Bieber and Nickleback... so I guess the music category is a net negative for Canada.

Those arent Canadian culture. Those are people that moved to American and added to our culture. Yeah, theres a frick ton of Canadian actors and pop stars. But they are in American stuff. Thats not the same.

Drake doesnt count. But that show he was on called Degrasse does. No one here has ever seen that show. Whats up with that.

I deal with a lot of canucks, and they're awesome. Basically what people in the USA were 30 years ago.

Western Canadians, yes. Quebecois, not so much. Too many have a chip on their shoulder.

I agree with that. I deal mainly with Yukoners and people from Northern BC. The people I have met from Eastern Canada seem a bit more uptight.

Did yall know, in Canadian, you can bet NFL & other pro sports games at gas stations? Seriously, there are parts of Canada that allow you to go place bets on games.. Sort of like how people here go to the gas station to pick up lottery tickets.

Dude, that's every country.
