DNS records can take 24-48 hours to replicate around the entire internet, so it may work for one server but not another. Always do this late on a Friday.
K thanks guys. Guess I'll just wait it out while my whole fricking buinsess is basically shut down.
You didn't plan this out very well.

Are you connecting to a WiFi at work with your iPad? Meaning your PC and your iPad are accessing the internet via your work network? If so, I would suspect you have a bad entry on your local DNS server that needs to be updated. It would work at home b/c your internet provider there has the updated DNS records that have propagated after the changed was made.
Yes. For example I'm on Cox at work. ATT for cellphone, and Uverse at home.

That screams to me that you are missing an internal DNS entry.

Find your erroneous internal DNS entry and correct it.
Do you host your own Exchange on your site ? Or are you doing hosted Exchange with someone ?
Are you even using Exchange or some other email provider ?

I would concur, this is a pretty basic systems administration task. I would be concerned if this is your first project with them. Just out of curiosity, who are you using for your IT Services?

Yeah this definitely wasn't handled very well.
We changed our ISP and our DNS provider at the same time and had a total of about 60 seconds of downtime.
