Eh, that's not shake, looks like a nug to me. You can see where chunks have been pulled off. Crystals and hairs are usually a sign of a decent THC percentage.

Shake doesn't mean bad weed. Not to me at least. It is just the bottom of the bag of any quality of weed that has started to dry out and crumble. Maybe some of the stems or leaves that got thrown back into the bag. Pretty sure that's what it looks like is happening here. I don't see any seeds there.

No, I agree. Shake is just the loose stuff of any quality. It looks like an actual bud though and not shake, when you zoom in on it. It's upside down and has chunks torn out where the loose part of the bag is. I could be wrong though
