Is there a way to make a large cash withdrawal?

...when the bank is closed. Wanting to withdraw ~10K but usually go inside the bank to do so but they are obviously closed tonight and tomorrow. Any ideas?

other than signing a promissory note to some bros who plan ahead for emergencies, nope

Can't withdraw 10K without filling out a form at the bank first. Fed law.
