Yes I think human trafficking is very prevalent in shreveport bossier. I-20 and I-49 intersect here and I think that's a major reason for it

Actually the I-10 corridor in Baton Rouge is one of the biggest human trafficking routes in the country. It's why you occasionally see border patrol vehicles parked in the median at the 10/12 split
