The state's so fricking broke they haven't paid my 2014 refund. I heard June for early filers, for 2015. But since they still owe a ton of people for 2014, no telling on when they'll actually pay 2015's.

I don't know how long they can go legally, but they have to pay interest on the refund every month over the "deadline".

Same shite here. My company uses ADP so all the tax info was available online. I filed mine in the last week of January...still haven't gotten it from the state. $497 is $497

Was coming to post this. My wife called and asked WTF was that check for? After I told her it was La state taxes she told me to ask the accountant if we can write it off as a donation next year to a charity

State owes me 700 filed first week of Feb but I have to go pay sales tax at LDR on a boat I purchased in amount of 1300. Think they will take a check for 600? lol

And it was one of those big, JBE tax returns, so I don't know what the hold up is with yours.
