Is Louisiana not able to pay tax refunds?

Filed my taxes in January. Website says up to 60 days to process electronic files. When I plug in my information it says "your refund has been received but has not finished processing". Going on day 68...

I filed my 2014 return last may and had to call 3 times before finally getting it last month.

Have heard the same from a lot of people.
Wouldn't surprise me they hang on to the money until it becomes a big story with backlash.

Same here and exact same message. It's never taken this long to receive my state tax refund. If you were to tell me that they aren't intentionally stalling and it has nothing to do with the budget crisis we're currently facing I would not be inclined to believe you.
