I prefer lunches during the work week by myself. I've had some damn fine dinners while sitting at a bar by myself

Why don't they make a cat friendly restaurant so all of these people can bring some companionship? Seems like it would be a good public service.

Is it weird to find another person sitting and eating alone and just pull up a chair next to them and sit at the same table? Problem solved for both of you because neither of you are now sitting alone.

Not with IPads today. Nice way to read the news and catch up on things. Plug in the headphones and listen to itunes or Rush 24/7.
