I will never understand the love for whataburger. It's the definition of an average fast food burger

I'd say it's above average, but the love affair many seem to have with it is laughable.

Probably. That dude in A Clockwork Orange was always talking about it.

Harley Davidson Café has a better burger. It's the Hula Burger. Get it with sweet potato fries.

No. Go to whataburger like a real man and leave in and out to those hippy freaks.

Whataburger is for pussies. Go to In & Out, get a double double animal style, then you will know what true happiness is.

I tried In and Out when in Vegas as well. The fries are fresh, so that is nice. But otherwise, it's absolutely nothing special. It's not bad. I'd put it above McDonald's and Burger King for sure. But it's about on par with other fast food joints to me. So by definition, it's overrated in my book.

In & Out is good, but Whataburger is 10x better IMO.

Literally the only people who think whataburger is better are Texans.

Just like freebirds burritos. Freebirds is awful compared to izzos and chipotle but every Texan thinks it's the best ever.

This. Shake Shack does serve Abita root beer though.

And In & Out is just ok imo, I don't like their fries.

I'd take Shake Shack or Culvers over In & Out.

Double double animal style over everything. The in-and-out on Tropicana in Vegas is always busy.

Agree. I grew up near a Whataburger and it was all that we had so it's never been very special for me personally. I never liked the fact that they put a ton of mustard on their burgers but their ketchup has always been a selling point. I'd be curious to know the sugar content compared to normal ketchup. That stuff is like crack.

Depends on how low your expectations are around what constitutes a good burger. If you like the burger to come out looking just like it does on he menu, then you have chosen a good place.

If you a the type of guy who like greasy burgers (major ooze factor) that look like they were carelessly thrown together by a blind and deaf quadriplegic, then I would suggest going elsewhere.

I prefer the latter.

$13 isn't bad for a Burger, hardee's has $8 burgers, In and out, while cheaper isn't that much cheaper.

Now Bugr, that is expensive, with it's $20-30 choices.
