Agreed
I can see doing it for a very long time, even when I meet my target weight.

Only 10 calories per serving not bad. I would consider it if I didn't start enjoying black coffee so much.

On top of keto, I'm also trying to completely avoid food items with added sugar.. including dextrose.

dam, that calc is badass

Yea it is. but you have to understand macros to be able to adjust it. Its not like the iifym where they say here eat this ratio and only this ratio.

Not sure I can use that and still be fasted.

It's easier just to drink black coffee and not be in doubt.

Looks good though. Tastes like real cream?

I do the 16/8.. It's helped my digestion and energy levels tremendously, dropping bad weight is just an extra benefit. It's really not hard, as I'm rarely hungry in the morning to begin with. I eat from 11 A.M. - 7 P.M.. The rest of the time it's water, green tea, black coffee.

So long as you stay below 30 cals and below 5g of carbs then you should be fine from an insulin standpoint. but black coffee is better. You can also do unsweetened cashew milk and some stevia drops. thats going to be the easiest.

Just wanted to drop in and say Thanks to all in this thread.
I had never really heard about Intermittent Fasting (IF), but it looks good.

I've just started this week on the 16:8. I haven't changed much of what I eat, and still have a couple of beers in the evening (before 8pm), but already feel better.

I eat lunch around noon, and dinner somewhere between 7-8pm. between about 2-4pm in the afternoon however I get really hungry -- will that subside over time as I get used to it?

Thanks again everyone.
Next task: Eat better, drink less, and add more exercise.

Did a hardcore Warrior diet for 3 months and lost 30 pounds. I'm now on a 16 hour one and have been losing about a pound a week since then.
