Jax has beaches and great weather. St Augustine is a cool little spot and the airport is convenient.

That's dumb. Sac is a good city. It kinda reminds me of Austin but less pretentious with better weather and better outdoors nearby. Sac has public transportation and seriously fresh food options too.

Salt Lake is surprisingly small and doesn't have lots to do. It's definitely a contender.
