First two that came to mind were KC and Cleveland

Used to live near KC. Not a huge town and not a ton going on, but there's still plenty of shite to do between their products sports teams and the Power&Light District.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Probably has the lowest women/hot women ratio too.

Love me some San Antonio. Fiesta is a blast, and there are tons of great golf courses. Wife and I used to go hiking all the time in the hill country, and you can find all kinds of great outdoors stuff to do. Not to mention the river walk, Spanish market, six flags, sea world, and tons of other shite. SA is da bomb.

Gotta go with San Antonio.
GTFO.
OKC
Sacramento
Charlotte
Jacksonville
Milwaukee
Cleveland
Columbus
Houston
Tampa
all insanely more boring towns than SA.

The answer is Houston.
Anybody bored in Houston is likely just a boring person. There is always shite to do there. Unless you're just really into snow skiing or something.

San Antonio? Are you kidding me?
The correct answer is Indianapolis. The city resembles one giant airport hangar and strip malls.

SA may be a lot of things, but boring isn't one of them, especially with Charlotte, Cleveland, Cincinatti, Green Bay, and Salt Lake City on the table!

People from Charlotte will tell you that Charlotte is God's gift to man, but I've always found it to be pretty lame. At best, the cool parts of Charlotte are mini versions of the cool parts of Atlanta.
Indianapolis and Cleveland are, from personal experience, the correct answers to the OP.

Tampa
Indianapolis or Minneapolis. Been to both, was miserable.

Cleveland
I lived there for a few years in the late 90s, can confirm. Though, there has been a recent push to revitalize the downtown area.

But there's nothing else to do in Milwaukee besides drinking.

I don't imagine Sacramento is very exciting
It isn't. It isn't terrible, but it is certainly not a destination. Los Angeles, just the city itself, is highly overrated as well. Them, Milwaukee and Cleveland would rank as the worst I have been to, although I have heard Milwaukee and Cleveland have been revitalized since I was last there.
If LA was including the entire metro, they would shoot to near the top of the entertaining cities instantly.

Eh I used to hold the same opinion about L.A., but have been going there more recently and am impressed. Getty Museum, Santa Monica area, restaurants and nightlife, markets, proximity to beaches or mountains, urban parks, outdoor concerts, Hollywood Bowl are pretty awesome.

I just got back from Orlando. I'd have to say it has to be a nightmare to live there once you are bored with Disney. YEAR ROUND TOURISTS
Orlando sucks bad, but it isn't boring.

The LA area is nice, but if we are just talking the city of LA, then LA is lackluster for its size. But adding in all the other nice spots like Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood, Long Beach, Anaheim, yadda yadda yadda, then it's an amazing place. Haven't checked out Hollywood Bowl, but have been to a lot of concerts at Greek Theatre. Awesome venue.

Houston....and I live here

San Antonio is great to visit. I wouldn't want to live there, but to chill out for a few days I love it.
Most boring is probably Columbus or Charlotte.

I was in Cleveland yesterday and was shocked at how much different it is than 15 years ago. The area east of Cleveland Clinic is very nice. Downtown has improved- a lot of new restaurants, a casino, other things to do.
It still isn't great, but it has gotten a lot better and isn't in the same league as Detroit for worst city
