First city that popped in my mind without giving it a ton of thought. I'd imagine Cleveland probably pretty far up there as well.

Eta:forgot about Detroit. Although I've been to some absolutely beautiful areas in Michigan

Are you under house arrest? There's no fricking way anyone could say Houston is boring unless they are some sort of shut-in or something. Jesus, some of you people say the stupidest shite sometimes...

Oklahoma City is as boring as it gets. This place is so boring they dug a ditch near downtown 15 years ago and called it a canal. They have a little boat that takes people up and down it. This is their number one attraction in the city.

San Jose, Ca should win this. Over a million people and not shite to do.

Restaurants are terrible, arts are terrible, from what I hear nightlife is pretty terrible.

They do have hockey, but even with the sharks in the Stanley Cuo finals last year, that place was lame.

On the other hand, it usually gets nods as one of, if not the safest large city in the US.

Edited to add that I lived in Sacramento for a while. Pretty great arts town with lots of theaters and tons of art studios --huge Second Saturday events in midtown all summer. But not a top tier city--although I would live there again in a heart beat.

Houston may have some fun stuff but under no circumstances do I want to go to any of it.

The right answer is Green Bay. It's Hammond, LA with an NFL team.

Wow, you need to get out more. I'd start with Seattle, Philadelphia, or Chicago. All great cities that are far from boring.

Buffalo is not a blast. Unless you consider hanging out in a run down old mill town with little to do a blast. Half the population is on welfare and the other half hates life.

El Paso doesn't have a team but it's a big city that has little to offer.

I'd almost forgotten about their fake riverwalk

I got married on the real one and my wife was SO disappointed when I took her to Bricktown while I was stationed in OK
