I think this is the Snapchat pic OP is actually looking for. The Internet sleuths think it's the guy hiding behind a tree.

I heard a story on NPR about a year ago.

It was about a New Orleans policeman who committed a crime in 1980 and posted bail.

He knew he would be found guilty and was warned by other officers that the inmates in prison were already bragging about the horrible things they were going to do to him.

So he went to the library and spent a few months reading books on outdoor survival.

A few days before his trail he disappeared.

He spent over 20 years walking and camping across the country. He slept in 47 States and never spent to much time in one place.

No one ever found him. He became a Christian and walked to NO and turned himself in.

The judge did not put him in jail.

The point is there are a few people who live like this and there is a good chance the man in the photos is not from the area.

The policeman who was running spoke of meeting people all the time who were drifting from place to place like he was.

The policemans name is Robert Leon Davis if you want to search for his story on NPR.

It was very interesting.

Serious question as I don't have a clue here, but are we not able to zoom in and clean up photos better these days? Or are the pixels just at a point that is literally never a possibility?

what is the weird shadow at the end of the bridge behind her?

I know the circles are to the right in the woods but def. looks like someone standing up at the beginning of the bridge

Thanks for sharing. I looked him up. Pretty amazing he survived that long. I'd think most people would crack or couldn't survive the elements.

Yeah, the shadow at the end of the bridge looks more like a person than whatever is in the circle behind the tree.

The picture referenced in the op is of a guy in a blue jacket .... I definitely see something blue behind that tree, looks like someone kneeling

Yeah, after thinking about it for a minute, it's likely a barrier at the end to keep people from trying to drive on to the bridge.

For real though, resolution is the limiting factor on how clear an image can be when zoomed in. You can't just keep "enhancing" a picture like CSI.

Photos can be cleaned up a little but you cannot create info from something that isn't there. The basic level is one pixel with some color shade. Sometimes you don't have enough pixels to create the image detail you need.
