Coffee Grinder
Chemex 10 cup
Get a good under sink water filter for good clean water and a tea kettle and you're in business.

I use a Capresso grinder/brewer and it works great.
The brewer uses higher than usual temperature water and spreads out the drip more. I only use distilled water, which is the single best thing though.
My coffee is probably on par with anything I can get in a hipster coffee shop. You won't regret it. Keurig is awful by comparison.

keep the keurig and just use it for the instant hot water it creates, and use that hot water for a french press

I have the Krupp’s automatic espresso machine. A little more than $500 but you may be able to catch it on sale at bed bath and Beyond.

Nespresso Virtuoline is pretty simple to operate if you don’t want to use a French press & grinder. The coffee it makes runs circles around the Keurig.

We use a one cup maker. You can grind or not. Set that thing up before bed and push one button and wait 4 minutes.

My parents have that exact coffe maker.
It's pretty damn awesome. I'm hoping they gift it to me eventually. Sure ashs shite not paying that for a coffee maker.

No grinder but you can’t beat a 17 dollar Mr.Coffee maker. Buy two and have a spare.

Adjustable Burr grinder and drip maker (I like Cuisinart). Used to have an auto-grind, drip maker but it’s a PITA to clean and get clogged too much.
