My neighbors across from me are lezzies. One of em is pretty hot. As long as I didn't have to impregnate the softball catcher looking one, I may be down.

Can't contract around child support. It is a 'benefit' to the child not the parent. The attempt at a contract would not be enforceable and you could be hit for support.

It sounds like they can be unstable.

While it's flattering to know someone would want your juice, its creepy at the same time. I would pass. Child support doesn't bother me. I would want to provide. Lack of contact would make me insane.

No you wouldn't for several reasons primarily including not ever being asked to do it.

I would as long as the couple signs forms releasing me from financial obligation to the kid if their "partnership" dissolves. Pump and dump, the only way to go.

Oh my yes, the stories I could tell, lol! Everyone who knows me says I ought to write a book.

I had to figure out on my own that they were all gay. It didn't take me too long to figure it out. Most of their friends were gay too. I was surrounded by them!

One night I was taking a bath and I unwrapped the paper off the soap to use it. The name of the soap was "Gay Bouquet" and I remember thinking "Damn, even the soap around here is gay!!"

pretty sure there was a case not too long ago where two lezbos sued their donor for child support payments and won...

so no.
in Kansas... fricking liberals.

Seriously, the reason is that Kansas law states artificial insemination must involve a doctor. The donation in that case was done at home via a Craigslist ad. So the court didn't recognize the waiving of parental rights usually associated with 3rd party inseminations.

It wasn't as clear cut as most people think when they reference that case.

I would do it, but this would be my apprehension. I'm not paying child support, that's for sure.

For instance, look at this lesbian couple. LINK The have to nerve to tell their sperm donor that they do not want him to share his seed with anyone else but them because they don't want their potential child to be related to people they don't know.

That's fricking ridiculous. They're that fricking selfish that they don't want their kid to have another half-sibling? What the frick will happen if he decides to have a kid of his own? Will they flip their shite that there's someone else out there with their daughter's genes?

It was even worse than that, IMO. The State, yes, the State of Kansas sued the sperm donor to recuperate funds used to support one of the child's parents.

Those "agreements" are being ignored in the courts.
