If we are considering Izzo's fast food, I'd say that is a good choice. But I don't consider Izzo's fast food.

Probably McDonalds. Their southwest salad is actually very good. Egg McMuffin is not a terrible breakfast option as far as fat and calories. We ate there quite a bit while living on the road, you don't have to choose the burgers and fries.

I need somewhere that serves breakfast.

I would go with Qdoba.

Wendy's has some decent and relatively diverse options.

Sure but that's a horrible pick. They have one of the least diverse menus in the world. You'd absolute ruin hamburgers for the rest of your life.

Wendy's has a really solid rotation of burgers, fried chicken, grilled chicken, fish, legit salads, chili, baked potatoes, frosty, etc. Clearly the winner IMO.

i could rotate those burgers, dogs, and fries for a month and be fine.... probably 30lbs heavier but i could eat it!

McDonalds has the most variety in terms of breakfast, salads, and burgers. It's certainly not the best but probably the best for you as weird as that sounds.

I mean if I was just going beast mode then it'd be taco bueno.

I think that if I had to eat at Five Guys for a month I'd probably only eat like one meal a day - I'd get so damn sick of it. It would be the lack of veggies that did the most damage IMO. I think you'd need a place with veggies and salads.
