Last year had bad insomnia... coming out of it. Now getting 5 to 7, sometimes 8 per night, just depends. Last year it was like 2 to 4.
Edit: I figured out the root cause of my sleep issues. Also, learned a *lot* along the way about fight/flight, amygdala response, etc....

"I want to play for (University)! The rich tradition!" ... it's all smoke and mirrors, hiding the $$$$. Players were getting paid for decades, now comes NIL and the portal. Even SMU back in the day became a strong team until they were given the death sentence....
