Pick the size you think you need and go ten feet smaller. Buy used, max two years old.

Tiffin Phaeton

At that budget you are way past gas and into a diesel pusher. New Phaeton or used Allegro bus is the way to go.

Those are by far the most popular diesel pushers around here. I hate driving those big f'krs though.

Diesel is the way to go and if you get on a RV sight, everyone has a favorite engine. I would look for a RV that someone didn't have time to use and finally gave up and wants to sell.

Do you have indoor storage? Will your neighborhood allow it?

Lots of practical questions to ask nefore you buy.

Diesel, bath and 1/2. Buy used, don't drive on tires over 6 years old.

There's only one diesel engine now for the Class A. Only one since 2008, Cummins.

This person knows what he is posting. Part of the good news is that the factory is not far away. Red Bay Al. Good people to deal with.

You may change your mind

Be careful and research your purchase thoroughly - warranty being paramount. My dad spent around $350K on one of those big diesel pushers. Had nothing but trouble with it, especially the hydraulic lines constantly failing. Almost every time he used that thing, something broke on it. It was a major brand, but they went out of business or something not long after he bought it. The place he bought it from honored the warranty, but he had to drive from Mississippi to Tampa several times a year to get it worked on. It was a very miserable few years for him, when it was supposed to be the exact opposite. He finally got rid of it and lost his arse on it. I think he had just as good of a time and a lot less trouble when he was driving a $60K model.
