A: 1/800
B: 1/70000

Likelihood of A compared to B is P(A)/P(B)

(1/800)/(1/70000) = 70000/800 = 87.5

A is 87.5x likelier than B.

Wait a minute...common core says it doesn't matter what the answer is, as long as it "feels right"

One day let's sit down and discuss misconceptions of common core.

I guessing the teacher or professor might not go along with the "it feels right answer though"

This may fly for a female teacher in high school though.

I had a hippy teacher once that would grade us on a curve. The highest score on a test became an A. I never had to study to pass that class. Some kind of science, don't even know which one. haha

Sounds like my agriculture class in high school. Took 2 tests all year. No score lower than 80. Grade on report card guaranteed B.

We did other class homework, worked on our cars, built BBQgrills. I took aagriculture 1, 2,

and 3.
