Seriously feel for you. The double standard being male when it comes to children is why so many dads snap from time to time. Do the right thing, I suppose, which is be there and I don't mean simply financial.

Congrats for stepping up to the plate. How long was your relationship with the mother? Start off by getting him some small sports stuff or toy trucks. Also, maybe a trip to the Chick-Fil-A play set deal. The one on College Dr actually had some MILFS in there today.

I believe there's no support owed until there's an order for support

There are three rules: (1) no bright light, (2) don't get him wet, and (3) never feed him after midnight, no matter how much he begs. Bright light hurts him, and sunlight can kill him.

Congrats on the 2012 sex

Are you currently dating anyone at the moment?

Does the ex slam piece baby mama have an ol man?

Did y'all date before? If so how long? Or did y'all just have a one night stand?

Why are you just finding out about this?

Dads are useless the first 3 years anyway. You did good.

Now put him travel T-Ball before it's too late.

Take it slow. Is his mother married or in a serious relationship? I'm assuming you haven't seen her in quite some time...

That will dictate how to interact with your son also.

In the end, it's now your responsibility to raise him now.

Having a son is great bro.

You're relationship will eventually grow into much more.

I remember everything. She was an ex girlfriend of mine who was legally separated from her husband for 4 months when we started seeing each other again. She broke it off with me after she found out she was pregnant and reconciled with her husband. She didn't tell anyone, so I went about my way not knowing. Now, they are divorced, and she calls me out of nowhere to let me know about him. Anyways, paternity test done, court system taken care of, just looking for a little parenting advice for someone who has never parented a child of any age.

Get him in public school asap so he can get laid...

My first few pipe laying experiences were all with girls that went to private schools ( one private, one Catholic, and one Christian school). In short, good times. I went to public school so at some point I transitioned to public school ladies but, oddly, not at the school I attended. It was a pretty nice gig. FWIW, my wife went to Catholic school as well ( GFY - no pics).
