I can see a disparate impact claim from this receipt because if only those who qualify as "N***ers" get a $16 dollar discount and African Americans, Caucasians, Asians, Hispanics, etc. don't get the same discount I can see problems for this restaurant. On the flip side this person who entered this into the register is an absolute moron.
