I lived a long time before I ever had a child. It wouldn't be too big of an adjustment going back to not having one.

OP must of listened to NPR this morning. They discussed a case where a two year old refused to associate as a male and considers him/herself a female. Either way psychiatric therapy will be needed.

I raise my kids properly so that I don't have to deal with mental sicknesses like transgenderism.

Honestly, if it's a teenager then this is probably the best action. Just ignore it like they said they were becoming a Satanist or a vegan. They would probably just be trying to get a reaction. Teenagers are assholes.
