It's easy to sneak up on a giant rattler when you're rocking camo cargos

I hate snakes! One afternoon before making a late afternoon hunt a buddy asked me for some .22's. He had a S&W .22 and no ammo. I handed him about 20 rounds and we went off in opposite directions. I get in my stand and a few minutes later hear someone shooting like crazy. After the hunt I come out a there he is white as a ghost. He's never like that. I ask what's wrong and if that was him shooting and he tell me he shot a big rattlesnake like eighteen times and wouldn't get in the stand because it was right under his stand and he couldn't kill the thing. I asked why he didn't use as arrow and stick it to the ground and he said he wasn't getting that close to it. Later we find it dead and it was a big fat monster almost seven feet long.

What a pussy. Anyone with enough experience to handle a rattlesnake shouldn't be ignorant enough to kill one for no reason. Moron of the highest order.
