How to handle a grumpy wife?

Past few months she has been a total crab, especially in the evenings. Short tempered, griping at the kids and me. Maybe her hormone patch needs to be adjusted or something, I don't know. And Lord help us if I or the kids try to point it out to her! She's right and we're wrong, no matter what. Anyway, just had to vent...thanks for reading, no pics and thanks also for the great advice I know is coming my way.

Stressed out and needs help around the house or a break?

I'd need pics to make a true assessment and provide accurate advice.
Guess I can't help you...

You don't, by chance, live on top of ancient Indian burial grounds do you?

Ask her boyfriend because you aren't making her happy anymore.
Another couple of months and crabbiness turns into resentment. After that you're fricked.

Confront her with verifiable instances of unwarranted aggressive or grumpy behavior as response to something reasonable you or the kids said/did
Express your concern and try to discuss the issue and suggest a vacation if work/life/finances afford you the luxury as a means to soothe the problem.
If she refuses any means of rational discourse to handle this lawyer up because a shite storm will come soon enough.

Sometimes you just have to slap a bitch.
Or it's life (the moon some will say). Get used to it.

Try taking some pressure off of her by doing extra chores etc. I don't have kids but I can imagine having a job, kids, etc. can build up and make someone a little ill. I get ill without the added pressure of kids and I'm not a emotional woman. That or a date night.

Have you tried talking to her in a non confrontational way? Open up the dialogue. Get her to admit to her behavior if you can. Mention going to see a doctor if she can't talk to you about it.

Give her a handle of vodka and a big dildo. You aren't taking care of business.

Hysterectomy. Uses a patch instead of oral hormone replacement

Congrats tigerjjs, your wife is pregnant. Too bad it's not yours.
